Not real crystal just glass. They don’t sparkle. The customer service is atrocious. I was overcharged due to a promo code not working at the checkout. I couldn’t get hold of anyone, the email responses are automated and in the end I gave up. I never got my money back. They are not a UK company they are Romanian.

Please rest assured the stones are made of high carbon cubic zirconia. Crystal stones are in fact glass, we do not use these in any of our jewellery.

Hi, I absolutely love the earrings

The backs of earrings however have only lasted one use. One, the plastic surround broke away from the metal. The other slipped off ff during wear. Luckily I didn’t lose the earring.

Would you possibly be able to send me a pair of sturdier backs please? I adore the earrings. Thank you
