Stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also use the order tracker on our help page. Please allow 24h for your tracking to receive its first update.
All orders ship from the UK. International orders may ship through an international logistics partner for faster delivery.
All egible items can be returned and exchanged within 30 days. We do not accept returns of made to order products or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
