Returns

Customers may return their items within 30 days of receiving their order. All returned items must be in unused and resellable condition, with their original packaging, tags, and any accessories included. Items that arrive damaged due to improper handling or misuse, such as forcibly removing tags or overstretching adjustable rings, will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned items have been inspected and approved by our team. Items returned in a condition that does not meet our standards will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval and will be made to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are returned promptly and securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Certain items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene or customisation considerations. These include gift cards, piercing jewellery, and custom or made-to-order items. Any attempt to return these items will be refused. By initiating a return, customers agree to comply fully with these terms, and any deviation may result in their claim being denied.

Exchanges

Exchanges for orders made during the Black Friday Sale are permitted within 90 days of receipt for items that meet our eligibility criteria. Customers must initiate their exchange request through the Returns Centre, and the item must be in unused, resellable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Exchanges are only allowed for selectable variants of the original product. Items that show signs of improper handling, misuse, or excessive wear are not eligible for exchange.

If an exchange is urgent, we recommend that customers place a new order for the desired item and select express shipping. Once the replacement order has been received, the original item can be returned for a refund, provided it complies with our return policy. This approach ensures that customers receive their desired item as quickly as possible without unnecessary delays caused by the exchange process.

Items damaged due to customer mishandling, such as pulling off tags forcefully, dropping the jewellery, or overstretching adjustable features beyond their capacity, will not be eligible for exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items remain in pristine condition before initiating an exchange. Any deviation from these terms may result in the request being denied.
