Delivery
Our processing time is 1-2 days.
UK DELIVERY - 1-3 working days
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY - orders placed before 1pm - 1-2 working days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - 3-10 working days
Made to Order / Pre-Order Items
For Pre Order or Made to Order items, the average time of manufacture is 7-20 working days.
Customs Taxes
UK orders are not subject to customs taxes. International taxes are not included in the checkout total. Any duties and taxes on orders shipped from our processing centre will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier. In the case of international returns where customs charges are declined by the customer, additional return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund. These charges are set by third parties and are not controlled by House of Carats.
Incorrect Address
Customers are held responsible for ensuring they have provided the correct delivery address. Once an order is placed, we start working on it straight away to ensure swift delivery. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend items in existing orders, or change delivery information. All incorrectly addressed orders will be subject to a £3.99 processing fee, which includes redelivery.
Order Cancellation
As we start fulfilment immediately after orders are placed, we are unable to offer cancellations.
Refused, Rejected & Undeliverable Packages
Please note that the following will result in a deduction of the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 6% return handling fee from your refund:
- Your package was refused or rejected at delivery
- Your package was not collected from the delivery courier or pickup location
- Your package was returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Refunds are only processed once the item has been successfully returned to us. If you have a change of mind after placing your order, please accept the delivery and submit a return request through our returns centre.
