Extended Gifting Returns

Orders made during the Black Friday Sale can be returned until 8 January 2026 for store credit, provided they meet our eligibility criteria. General Refunds to the original payment method are available if the return is made within 30 days of receipt. Certain items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene or customisation considerations. These include gift cards, piercing jewellery, and custom or made-to-order items.

We offer fast and free shipping on all orders over £50 / $75. Every order is sent with tracking and insurance for peace of mind. Express delivery is also available, with the cost calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address/Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we start working on it straight away to ensure swift delivery. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend items in existing orders, or change delivery information. All incorrectly addressed orders will be subject to a £3.99 processing fee, which includes redelivery.

We are extending our returns period for the festive season. Orders made during the Black Friday Sale can be returned until 8 January 2026 for store credit, provided they meet our eligibility criteria. Customers must initiate their return request through the Returns Centre, and items must be in unused, resellable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds to the original payment method are available if the return is made within 30 days of receipt. Items that show signs of improper handling, misuse, or wear are not eligible for return.

If you’d like to return your bundle, you can do so through our standard returns process — just send the items back as you normally would.

If you decide to keep part of the bundle, please note that the original bundle discount will be adjusted. In this case, the discount will be reduced by 50%, and your refund will be calculated accordingly.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 (UK) or $75 (US/International). For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout. You’ll see the exact shipping cost calculated based on your delivery address and selected service before you confirm your order.

You can keep your free gift as long as your order still qualifies for the offer after any returns — meaning your remaining items must still meet the original spend threshold. If you return items and your order total falls below the offer threshold, the free gift no longer applies. In that case, you’ll either need to return the gift along with your order or the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. We do cover USA tariffs, but import VAT is not included and may be charged by your local customs authority. Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order if you’re unsure.
