Black Friday FAQ
Yes. Orders placed during our Black Friday Sale can be returned until 8 January 2026, provided they meet our eligibility criteria. Returns within 30 days of receipt will be refunded to your original payment method. Returns made after 30 days, and up to 8 January 2026, will be issued as store credit.
We want you to shop with confidence. If you buy during our Black Friday Sale and we later reduce the price of the same item, we promise to refund you the difference.
Shipping is fast and free on all orders over £50 / $60. Every order is tracked and insured for peace of mind. Express delivery is also available, with costs calculated at checkout.
We work hard to dispatch all Black Friday orders quickly. Most orders are shipped within our usual timeframes, but please allow for slight delays due to high demand. You’ll always receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping & Returns
We offer complementary shipping on orders over £50. Detailed shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

All of our orders are shipped from our processing centre, located in the United Kingdom.
UK orders are not subject to customs taxes. International taxes are not included in the checkout total. Any duties and taxes on orders shipped from our processing centre will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier. In the case of international returns where customs charges are declined by the customer, additional return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund. These charges are set by third parties and are not controlled by House of Carats.
Our Made to Order pieces usually take 2 to 4 weeks to create. However, we always do our best to complete them sooner where possible.
If you need your order prioritised, please let us know - while we can’t guarantee faster delivery, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Payment Methods
We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
You may also pay for your order using PayPal, Apple Pay, Clearpay and Klarna Payments.
If your card payment is not working, it is usually due to your billing address not matching the card's registered address. Ensure the details match or try again with another card.
Discount codes
Your discount code may have expired. Some items are excluded from discount codes, particularly items that are already discounted, such as sets.
Product Information
Every House of Carats piece is protected by our 1-year manufacturing warranty, giving you complete peace of mind long after your jewellery arrives. This means if your piece ever develops a fault in its making – such as weak soldering, bubbling or faulty metal, or any structural issue – we’ll replace it for free, no questions asked. On top of that, for the first 60 days you’re also covered for accidental damage, including snapping, broken clasps or posts, mis-shaping, discolouration or fading, stones coming loose, or damage in transit. The only things not covered are bending, overstretching or clear mishandling. Every item is eligible for one free replacement, and even if something happens outside of these timeframes, you can still get a replacement for just £13.95 per item as a small service fee. With a full year of cover built in – plus 60 days where accidents are also included – you can wear your jewellery every day with total confidence.
We believe jewellery should not be a luxury. We offer a wide variety of materials at an accessible price range. We use Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Plating, Stainless Steel and Brass in creating out products.

Cubic zirconia can lose its shine over time due to build-up from lotions, perfumes and everyday dirt. To prevent cloudiness, always remove your jewellery before applying beauty products and store it in a clean, dry place away from harsh chemicals or heat.
Has it gone cloudy? Try this:
1. Make a gentle solution
Mix a few drops of mild washing-up liquid with warm water.
2. Soak
Leave your jewellery in the solution for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Gently clean
Use a soft toothbrush or cloth to remove residue, especially around the stone.
4. Rinse and dry
Rinse under warm water and dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
To keep your House of Carats pieces shining bright:
- Store your jewellery in your House of Carats dust bag when not in use
- Avoid contact with sweat
- Always remove your jewellery before sleeping
- Keep away from chemicals, especially hand creams and perfumes
- Do not wear your jewellery while bathing, showering or washing your hands
- Allow creams and lotions to fully absorb before putting on your jewellery
- If you sweat often, apply a thin layer of clear nail varnish or polymer coating to the inside of your rings
- Wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth after each wear
