All our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic metals (and absolutely no nickel). We offer hypoallergenic brass pieces that are finished in 18k gold, solid .925 sterling silver and vermeil (which is .925 sterling silver plated in 18k yellow gold) options.
Our sparkly Diamond Simulant stones are created using world class crushed-ice cutting technique on high-carbon stones, emulating the look of real diamonds. They're an affordable alternative that allows us to feel safe in public spaces, without compromising our values or budgets.
We offer a 30-day return window and complimentary exchanges on all eligible items. To qualify, pieces must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags attached. Please note, custom-made items and pierced jewellery are excluded for hygiene and bespoke reasons.

One thing I would say is that an M size would have been too small for me and the L is on the looser side a bit. 1-2mm smaller diameter would have been perfect but, honestly, it’s really lovely :)

My partner brought me this as an engagement ring and the pictures on the site really don’t do this ring justice whatsoever, it’s absolutely gorgeous, I will be back for the yellow one though and the yellow matching band (oops 😏👀)

Absolutely love the set they’re beautiful, unfortunately they are not big enough would need bigger size but don’t think they come any bigger size. As I have arthritis in my knuckles they won’t go on. Hence why there is no photo

Not the fault of House of Carats but my ring, delivered by Evri, arrived crushed and unwearable. I sent an email detailing the problem and it was rectified immediately by Kat. A new ring arrived very quickly and I was kept fully informed about what was happening.
