I have been extremely impressed with the high level of service I have received from House of Carats. Unfortunately, when I placed my order I sent it with the incorrect size. I sent an email asking to amend my order to the size I required it was done immediately with a reassuring email confirming all had been sorted. I received my ring a few days later. Will never buy real diamonds again!

After researching brands that have good quality and craftsmanship in the more ethical/affordable sense (instead of buying mined or lab grown real diamonds) HOC had stellar reviews and I see why! I ordered the Letitia oval ring and can honestly say I will never buy a genuine diamond again. The pictures do not do it justice! The sparkle is multifaceted like a genuine diamond and the gold band is so delicate. The packaging was beautiful and the hand written thank you note also pay testament to what a grateful, appreciative company this is. I am so pleased with this ring and I can't wait to wear it! X

Beware DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I ordered a ring that was too big and had to return. I sent back via Royal Mail tracking. They refused to accept my return because they wanted the tracking number on the receipt which I had misplaced. Very poor customer service still ongoing. Avoid at all costs.

Where do I start? Qualify of the watch is so good, exactly as is in picture! It really is a stunning watch and is lightweight which makes it easy to wear but does not feel cheap.
