Returns
What is early access?
It is the Black Friday sale, opened to our email list before anyone else. You shop first, with a private code that nobody off the list will get.
Will prices drop further on Black Friday itself?
No. Your early-access price is the best price of the sale. There is no better code on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
What are your pieces made from?
Sterling silver, set with lab-grown moissanite or lab-grown diamond simulants. Our moissanite is D colour, VVS clarity. Nothing we make contains nickel or cadmium.
How much is delivery?
Free delivery is available on most orders, and every order is sent tracked and insured. The exact shipping for your order is shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
We send orders within 1 to 2 working days, and allow an extra 1 to 2 during the sale. UK delivery then takes 1 to 3 working days, or 1 to 2 with express if you order before 1pm. International delivery takes 3 to 10 working days.
Will I pay customs charges?
Not in the UK. For USA orders we cover the tariffs, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Orders to Australia are duty free under 1,000 Australian dollars. For all other countries, duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may be billed to you by the carrier.
Can I return something from the sale?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Pieces must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging. Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons, any custom/made to order pieces are non returnable.
I ordered the wrong ring size. Can I swap it?
Return the ring through the Returns Centre and place a new order for the size you need. That is the quickest way to get the right one.
When will I get my refund?
Within 3-7 working days of us approving your return, to your original payment method.
