Shipping and Returns

Please be mindful that the processing and shipment times may be extended due to the impact of the postal strikes on businesses. This is something we are unable to control.

 

UK Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days.

Delivery with Royal Mail and Evri usually takes 1-3 working days. 

Please be aware that high shopping volume period such as black friday, christmas holidays and events such as postal strikes may cause delays. This is not something we are able to control and we ask for your patience during this time.

 

International Delivery

We process all international orders with Express Delivery.

Made to Order / Pre-Order Items

For Pre Order or Made to Order items, the average time of manufacture 2-6 weeks. Please be mindful that the recent Coronavirus outbreak may affect your Pre-Order or Made to Order shipment. 

Customs Taxes

UK orders are not subject to customs taxes.

Incorrect Address

Customers are held responsible for ensuring they have provided the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the address stated on your order. If this is not correct and the address is not changed before the products are shipped out, we are unable to reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. 

If you have made a mistake when placing an order, please contact us quickly in order to get this issue resolved.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch and provide your order number. 

As we start working on orders immediately, order cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation of international and express orders is possible within 30 minutes of order being placed.

Returns

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. 

Made to Order items are non-returnable. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us ASAP and we will be happy to resolve the issue. All Pre-Order items are considered as Made to Order, unless stated to have a restocking date.

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and box provided, tags on rings must also be intact. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact or poor care is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

Our policy lasts 30 days from order date. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of submitting a return or exchange of your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.
